Going Paperless-Using InPerson Signer with repree

Getting ‘Belly to Belly’ With Your Clients Again

You have to love that term! Belly2Belly. Getting back in front of your clients but still using our technology to make the transaction process efficient and seamless.

Having spoken to thousands of Real Estate Agents over the years about Social Media, Technology and Going Paperless the most common reaction to a lot of these tech tools is “This is a people business and technology is taking that away from us”.

I would tend to agree and suggest that the largest mistake we can make is allowing the technology to overrule this very fundamental part of your business, getting in front of your clients.

We have to remember that technology is a tool, not a replacement or an excuse for the things that make you successful in this business.

InPerson Signer

Repree is very excited to announce, although it has been around for a few months now, the addition of the InPerson Signer within Ratify. This is going to allow you to get back in front of your clients when getting a listing contract signed, purchase agreements or any other documents that you may need.

You will still be able to send via email from the comfort of your own living room, that is not going to change, however you probably would like to be in front of your client when they are signing the paperwork on the most important decision they will likely make in their lives. No?

Video Example of the InPerson Signer

Below we have put together a quick tutorial to show you how to use the inPerson Signer within repree.  The video basically begins with you, the Agent, having already put your documents together and now you are going to sign with your client.

In this video, we won’t be starting from the beginning on how to upload the forms or documents, if you would like to find out more on how to do that, think about signing up for one of our upcoming webinars on how to get started with repree.

Ok, enough talk, watch the video below. If you have questions feel free to contact our support team here.
