Conversations that Matter with Teri Conrad

Agent QuestI had the distinct pleasure and opportunity to speak with Teri Conrad with Agent Quest not to long ago on her series titled Conversations that Matter.

Teri’s goal with #CTM is to not only help to raise the bar in real estate but also to help other agents that may be struggling within their business to generate leads, brand themselves and to systemize. I would say after 4 episodes that she is doing a stellar job so far!

Our conversation revolved around creating a charter and value proposition for your business, whether you are a team leader or a singular agent, these things matter. They guide you and your business in all that you do.

We talked about brokerages and teams, creating value to attract great agents to be a part of their organizations. The brokerages that are out there, from a recruiting perspective, can learn a lot from the team leaders in how to attract and retain great REALTORS®.

The teams offer, a lot of the time, more than just leads…they offer mentorship, sales and technology training, team culture and support for their agents.
